VIRTUAL LESSONS POLICIES 

At Emerge Voice Studio, we provide professional, engaging, and fully virtual voice lessons. The following policies ensure smooth scheduling and a productive learning environment for all students.

LESSON SCHEDULING

All lessons are conducted online via a secure video platform.

  • Lessons are booked in advance through Acuity Scheduling.

  • Students are responsible for having a reliable internet connection, a working device with video and audio, headphones (recommended), and any required materials ready for the session.

CANCELLATION & SCHEDULING

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. Missed lessons without notice cannot be refunded, but may be rescheduled at the teacher’s discretion.

For emergencies/illness, email or text me. Up to 3 last-minute cancellations may be rescheduled; after that, lessons are forfeited.

LESSON PREPARATION & CONDUCT

- Students should be in a quiet space free from distractions.

- Be on time and ready to maximize the full session.

- Regular practice between lessons is encouraged to reinforce technique and vocal growth.

PAYMENT

- Acuity Scheduling requires a credit card on file to secure the lesson. Payments can be collected securely through Acuity Scheduling at the time of booking or can be made separately via Zelle or Venmo.

- Lesson packages or recurring lessons must be paid in full prior to the first session.
