I’m the founder and voice teacher at Emerge Voice Studio, a virtual studio dedicated to helping singers of all ages and levels discover and develop their unique voices. I grew up on Long Island, New York, and recently moved with my family to St. Johns, Florida. I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from SUNY Fredonia and a Master’s in Vocal Performance with an Opera concentration from Binghamton University.

I am passionate about the interaction between the voice and the body, incorporating techniques from Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais, and yoga into my lessons. I stay current on the latest research and pedagogical methods in voice science and performance, ensuring every student receives healthy, effective, and personalized instruction.

I am a member of NATS, NYSTA, NAfME, The Voice Foundation, and certified in Somatic Voicework™ (The LoVetri Method). In addition to my private studio, I have taught at LIU C.W. Post and the LoVetri Institute for Somatic Voicework™, mentoring aspiring vocalists of all ages.

As a performer, I have sung with Rock Island Sound, performed as an acoustic soloist, collaborated with big bands. Some of my favorite roles include Lucille (Parade), Despina (Così fan tutte), Nancy (Oliver!), Gretel (Hansel and Gretel), Josephine (H.M.S. Pinafore), Anne (A Little Night Music), and Poppea (L’incoronazione di Poppea).

Outside the studio, I’m a proud mom to my son, Ryan, and our family includes three dogs: Charlie Waffles, Lila, and Gracie. I enjoy hiking, biking, gardening, the beach, and reading, always balancing a story, a self-help or spiritual book, and one on vocal anatomy. I also have a long-time hobby of dog training.
